An £5 additional charge will be added to orders from outside the EU where the whisky has heavy packaging (i.e wooden box or Glassware) if you do not want the packaging it is up to you to inform us at the delivery section at Checkout. Furthermore if you have specific delivery requirements please inform us at the delivery section at Checkout.

If you require more than 60 bottles of whisky please contact us.

Insurance

All orders up to the value of £500 are insured free of charge by the Scottish Whisky Store. For orders over £500 the insurance cost is as follows:

Taxes

All whisky sales are Duty Free to the United States of America & Canada Countries however you may be subject to local taxes when the package clears customs. These charges must be met by you and as these policies vary from country to country The Scottish Whisky Store has no control over these charges. If you want further information we advise you contact your local customs office.

Delivery Information

Standard Delivery

Scottish Whisky Store delivery orders will only be processed during the hours of 9am -5pm (GMT) Monday to Friday and excludes UK Bank Holidays. We aim to despatch all orders within 48 hours of receipt and delivery can take from 5 to 9 days. We will not deliver to Post Box Numbers and all deliveries must be signed for.

Express Delivery

Next day delivery is only available in the UK.

Damaged Goods

We at the Scottish Whisky Store take great care when packaging you goods however if your package is in any way damaged in transit please refuse delivery and request they return to sender.

Canadians please note: Your purchases from the Scottish Whisky Store are entirely at your own risk. Canadian Customs may seize your goods and they may be destroyed. The Scottish Whisky Store cannot offer you a refund in the event of this happening. If Canadian customs return the goods to us undamaged we will of course issue you a refund minus postage charges.
