At the Scottish Whisky Store our aim is that you are completely delighted with our product and that what we send is what you receive. We expect your whisky to arrive in good condition and from the 1st taste you are completely happy with the service provided by the Scottish Whisky Store. You can cancel your order with no charge prior to shipping. (excluding personalised products, perishable products or special offers where non-returnable is highlighted)
Any returns must be received in original packaging and refunds will be processed within 30 days of notification. Postage costs will only be recoverable where The Scottish Whisky Store is at fault i.e. incorrect product sent or is damaged or defective.
Please note as some of the products sold on the Scottish Whisky Store website may have been purchased at auction therefore vintage or discontinued product images on the website are for illustrative purposes only.
Returns can be processed quickly insuring it is in the original packaging, has copy invoice and any other supporting documentation. Insure you package securely and that only our address is showing on the package. Responsibility for insuring returns falls on you and we may seek to claim against you should the goods be damaged in shipping.
