All orders up to the value of £500 are insured free of charge by the Scottish Whisky Store. For orders over £500 the insurance cost is as follows:

Delivery Information
Standard Delivery
Scottish Whisky Store delivery orders will only be processed during the hours of 9am -5pm (GMT) Monday to Friday and excludes UK Bank Holidays. We aim to despatch all orders within 48 hours of receipt and delivery can take from 3 to 7 days. We will not deliver to Post Box Numbers and all deliveries must be signed for.
Express Delivery
Next day delivery is only available in the UK .
Damaged Goods
We at the Scottish Whisky Store take great care when packaging you goods however if your package is in any way damaged in transit please refuse delivery and request they return to sender.
